It combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises on the bike, free weights, cardio training & core work. This bootcamp program is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance.
As a fitness professional with over 18 years of experience my focus is on building healthier bodies, minds, and lifestyles through a custom built training program combined with NUTRITION EDUCATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, EMPOWERMENT, SUPPORT, & MOTIVATION.
Accountability and Adherence: It’s easy to make excuses and not stay consistent with an exercise program on your own, but I recognise when you are gone and touch base with you if you are missing in action! The added benefit of small group personal training is you also have accountability to others in the group.
Motivation and Camaraderie: There’s just something to be said about working out with a group of people just like you. When everyone is working hard doing their best and having fun, there’s an abundance of positive energy. Bottom line is you’ll be more inspired and find yourself looking forward to the workouts instead of dreading them.
Support: You get built in support when you’re a part of my small group training program. I have support hours outside of Bootcamp for any questions or concerns as you are on your journey. Support is an integral component for success in seeing results with any fitness or weight-loss program.
